I am Tamekia Hatter, the current center of your attention. I am a current native of Dallas, TX. Go Cowboys! I have always been the creative person in the room. A few years ago I became interested in IT and received my M.S in Computer Information Systems. After doing Help Desk work for a while, I wanted something more. I was introduced to UX by a woman in Dallas and was accepted into the Immersive UX/UI Program through Interapt. What better way to be creative and a computer nerd all at once, right?

Throughout this Journey, I have realized that I am capable of great things and plan to use my talents to the best of my ability. I did not think I would make it here after graduating around the time of the pandemic, but it turned out to bring a little sunshine in my life.

I plan to be in a position to help people everyday with the use of UX/UI. We are the unsung heros of the tech world and being able to help people use programs and sites more effectively is why I do what I do!
